During this challenging time, we are working extremely hard to ensure that we still provide high quality products, delivered in a timely manner, with first class customer service. We understand that this is the least we can do to support those of you who are on the front line against COVID-19.
However, we are conscious that the reality of this pandemic means that many of the third parties we rely on to maintain our service are under pressure too. We are working hard to put contingency plans in place, thinking creatively about alternatives and working collaboratively with our manufacturers and partners (old and new alike) to deliver the diagnostics you rely on.
In addition, our own employees are working on a rota basis which means that we have a reduced team in place at our head office with remaining employees also supporting remotely. Again, we are monitoring this weekly, and have contingencies in place in order to ensure continuity of supply to the NHS.
We ask that you bear with us when we are not able to be as responsive as we would like to be, and in turn we promise that we will be as transparent as possible about issues which impact our ability to provide our normal service such as delivery and stock delays.
