Product Overview
The E-Lyte cassette gives results for pH, Na+, K+, Cl and Ca from whole blood, serum or plasma samples. pH determines the acidity and alkalinity of the blood, Na+, K+, Cl and Ca (sodium, potassium, chloride and calcium) determine electrolyte balance, or salt balance, and are necessary in controlling fluid movements within the body.
