Peezy Midstream® is a patented, single-use urine collection device designed to deliver reliable, guideline-compliant midstream urine samples for diagnostic testing.
Peezy Midstream automatically diverts the first and last portions of urine flow, capturing only the true midstream sample without requiring complex instructions or manual “start–stop–start” techniques. By standardising urine collection at the point of care, the device improves diagnostic accuracy, reduces false positives and mixed growth cultures, and supports safer, more efficient management of urinary tract infection and antenatal screening.

Peezy Midstream® standardises midstream urine collection by automatically separating the urine stream without requiring the user to follow complex instructions. During voiding, the device diverts and discards the initial urine flow where contamination from skin flora and bacteria is most likely before seamlessly collecting the true midstream sample into a sealed primary tube. The final portion of urine is also diverted, ensuring only a clean, guideline-compliant midstream specimen is captured.
The device is simple to use, hygienic, and designed for self-collection without clinical assistance.
